DIY Lavender Bath Sachet

I take a bath pretty much every evening. I love throwing in a Lush bath bomb if I have one, but those tend to be more of a splurge than a daily occurrence. In an effort to have a relaxing bath experience without spending money, I went into my pantry and put together my own little bath sachet.

What I used:

an old pair of tights ( Cut a bit off the bottom to create a “sachet bag” about the size of a sock)

oatmeal

lavender essential oil

(I didn’t have any, but you could add a bit of coconut oil, as well)

Grab a handful of oatmeal and drop it into your sock. Add a few drops of lavender oil (and coconut oil). Tie the sock closed with a knot, and toss it into a hot bath. The oatmeal and coconut oil will soothe dry skin, and the lavender will relax away your worries from the day.

This has become my go-to bath product, and I already had all of the ingredients in my house!
