Bruschetta 5 Ways

Guys, I don’t want to brag but I’m kind of a connoisseur of the bruschetta.

If you’re not familiar with this Italian antipasta, traditionally it consists of grilled bread rubbed with garlic and topped with olive oil, salt, and pepper. There are countless variations of this delicate snack – the most popular topping being fresh tomato, garlic, basil and mozzarella cheese.

Whenever the hubs and I are having people over, some variation of the bruschetta will probably be on the appetizer menu. There are countless possibilities when it comes to this yummy dish. Below are five of my favorite ways to make bruschetta. AND you can make all of them for your next party for less than $25. Which one is your favorite?

I bought all of these ingredients (excluding salt, pepper, basil, honey, olive oil and balsamic vinegar – they were already in my pantry) at Trader Joe’s for about $23.00.
