Avocado Ranch Dressing

I know several people who are ranch people. You know what I’m talking about. They put ranch on everything. I may even know one or two people who keep small ranch packets in their purses. No judgment — it’s pretty delicious. I get it!

Today I’m sharing a healthier alternative to this very popular dressing. You definitely can’t keep this in your purse, but it’s just as delicious with carrots for a snack or on entrees like pizza or chicken!

You will need:

1 ripe avocado

½ cup sour cream

1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 ½ teaspoons rice vinegar

2 Tablespoons parsley

2 cloves garlic

salt and pepper to taste

What you do:

Combine the avocado, lemon juice, vinegar, parsley, garlic, salt and pepper in a food processor. Blend until smooth. Fold in the sour cream until combined. Serve and enjoy!
